How can I create an ASUS account?
- Go to the ASUS Official Website and click "Login" at the upper right corner.
- Click Sign Up.
- Choose the registration method from mailbox as for the member login that you prefer. (Registering by mailbox will be mandatory for shopping in store).
- Fill your information in the required fields marked “*”. Click "I'm not a robot" and click "Sign Up".
- Verification of your basic information completed.
- Please access your email and click the verification link to activate your ASUS account.
Can I make an order as a guest?
- Yes, you can shop as a guest, however, our membership may give you more advantages of shopping here.
Is it possible to order by phone?
- The ASUS Store does not support telephone orders. Please use the online shop to place your orders.
How can I cancel my order?
- You can cancel your order before goods are ready to ship. Please click "My Orders,” you will get the option to cancel.
- If your order cancel option is not available in “My Order,” it means that your order is in the process of shipping. Please contact our service center to proceed with return.
How can I track my order?
- You could track your order by viewing "My Orders" section of your ASUS account.

- Click on track and enter the tracking number to view updates on your shipment.
What should I do if I didn’t receive an order confirmation e-mail?
- Please ensure that the email address on your order is correct or that the email has not been sent directly to a spam folder. You could also go into My Account (ASUS Account) page to check the order details.

What are the shipping charges?
- Standard shipment is free of charge when the order amount is 200 SAR or above.
- A shipping fee of 20 SAR will be applied if the order amount is less than 200 SAR.
What should I do if my parcel was damaged upon delivery?
- If you noticed that your parcel is damaged when you receive and sign for it, please request the courier to make an abnormal remark on the shipping label.

What happens if my parcel is returned to warehouse?
- Most of our couriers will make three attempts at delivery before marking a parcel as undeliverable. Once your parcel is marked as undeliverable it will be returned to warehouse. Once we receive your returned parcel, we will then process a refund to the original account used to purchase the item(s). If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact ASUS Support.
Refund & Return
How will I be eligible for an item return and refund?
You may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order if the product arrives defective or non-functional due to a manufacturing issue. This is referred to as "Dead on Arrival" (DOA).
The following hardware issues are considered manufacturing defects and qualify for return and refund under our DOA policy:
- The product does not power on or does not boot up.
- There is an abnormal function or failure of a key component that prevents normal use.
The product must be returned with Original Accessories and box (without any damage), to qualify for DOA return.
Please be aware that the subsequent concerns or issues will not be categorized as "manufacturing defects" and shall not warrant any repair or replacement:
- Flaws originate from regular usage and natural deterioration.
- Imperfections resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs performed on the Product.
- Harm inflicted upon the Product due to improper or abusive handling.
- Impairment arising from failure to operate the Product according to the manufacturer's provided instructions.
- Deterioration caused by using non-manufacturer accessories in conjunction with the Products.
- Any defects expressly excluded from the terms of the manufacturer's warranty policy.
